Abstract

Une lipolyse, suivie d'une aspir ation du creux axillaire et d'un prélèvement par voie endoscopique (axilloscopie) des ganglions des niveaux 1 et 11 de Berg a été pratiquée chez 38 patientes souffrant d'un cancer du sein classé pT1-T2 (< 3 cm) NO. Le nombre moyen de ganglions recueillis a été de 14 (5/14 par aspiration et 9/14 par endoscopie). Ces ganglions étaient métastatiques chez 9/38 patientes (21%). Cette technique procure un gain fonctionnel et esthétique immédiat, mais elle n'évite pas les complications tardives, une patiente ayant développé un lymphœdème à 15 mois.
